The site is located in Budapest in the District 15, it can be accessed easily by trucks (M0 ring road, M3 motorway) and by public transport as well (Buses nr. 231, 271). Ferenc Liszt International Airport is easily reachable in about 35 minutes from the Késmárk Industrial Park. There is one building on the property with a 5,100 sq m warehouse, a 270 sq m office and a 900 sq m mezzanine office. Also, the building is equipped with 10 docking gates (2 per unit) and 5 drive-in gates.
