CTPark Arrabona

The park consists of 37,113 sq m warehouse space on a 11.45 ha land. Further developments are expected to be complete by 2022, which will be a 9,200 sq m and a 9,430 sq m building. This CTP park is located in Győr’s industrial park, which is full of automotive related production activity, so the area is quite developed. The M1 motorway is in 7 km distance, which provides great access for western companies too. Also, Budapest can be reached in just only an hour.
