M5 Gyál Business Park

The Park is located at the junction point of M5 motorway and M0 ring road, 18 km south of Budapest. The developer, Autóker Logisztika Ltd., also provides logistics service to the tenants if needed. The M5 Gyál Business Park is a logistics development on a 16 ha plot at the junction of M5 and M0 highways. The Park consists of several phases and will offer 60,000 sq m modern warehouse space upon its completion. The first phase on 35,000 sq m modern logistics, warehouse and office space was completed in the first quarter of 2009. The M0 ring road provides direct connection to the Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport. The Park is also accessible by public transportation through bus 89E, which has a connection to M3 metro and railway connection as well.
