The manufacturing facility is located in the industrial area of Alsózsolca, just 8 km away from motorway M30. The town is located just next to Miskolc, the region’s industrial capital, where local and international companies reside, like Bosch and S.E.G.A. The manufacturing facility is built on 3.7 ha of land with a total building area of ~16,700 sq m, which includes production, warehouse, technical space and office, social areas. The features of the building are perfectly suitable for production, but what makes the facility outstanding is the 10 MW of electricity available on site.
