The park is situated in Alsónémedi, only 25 km to the south from Budapest city centre and near ring road M0. On 47,000 sq m of land there will be 19,000 sq m of warehouse space available. The project will be completed in 9 buildings and the first phase will be ready in Q2 2022. The buildings will have 6 – 7 m clear internal height, 5 t / sq m floor loading and drive-in gates.
